Woodland Tract Assessment 
A woodland tract assessment starts with a discussion about the assessment and the terminology that will be used. A simple complex map showing stand delineation with acreage of each forest stand type will be provided to the landowner after initial walk through of property. SFC will provide a written proposal of possible silvicultural practices. Other assets included in written proposal will be wildlife habitat and it's management, forest health condition, and digital photo's showing major attributes of the property.
